Meet the owner
Hi, I'm Ruvim. I own Ursus Construction and I work on every job myself.
I've worked across many parts of construction, from framing and exteriors to tile and finish work. That's why one call covers almost any project: remodels, exteriors, new construction and repairs.
When you hire Ursus, you talk directly with me: no sales team and no hand-offs. I'm licensed, bonded and insured in both Washington and Oregon.

★★★★★"Extremely satisfied with the service from Ursus Construction! I got 3 fence quotes and this was by far the best one. The installation was scheduled a few days later and was completed within a few hours. Very happy with my new fence!"
★★★★★"Ruvim is absolutely the best. He laid luxury vinyl plank for us in 5 rooms of our house and put in new vanity's and hardware in the bathrooms and replaced our dishwasher. He was top notch and professional the whole time. He was always on time and easy to communicate with. I would give him 100 stars if I could. He has already been referred out to 3 of our closest friends and it has only been a few days since he completed our work. Highly recommend this contractor. You will not be disappointed."
★★★★★"Ruvim was fantastic. He was able to do many different jobs around my home, including removing a cabinet, moving a ceiling light (which included ceiling repair and texturing), tiling a wall and redoing my powder room floors. He was communicative and respectful. I very much appreciated his hard work. I will definitely be hiring again for future projects."
★★★★★"He did an excellent job on my backyard fence. He did exactly what I wanted done and he didn’t pressure me for a more expensive fix. He was here on time and he was very respectful. His price was not overblown. I will have him come for any job I might have in the future. He was a joy to work with."
★★★★★"Ruvim did a great job repairing, removing and installing part of the fence with a new gate. He was on time and got everything done in a hot day. Thank you Ruvim. I will definitely acquire his service for my future projects."
★★★★★"Yardistry 12x16 Gazebo Assembly – The gazebo was assembled in one day—took about 10 hours total. After watching the YouTube video of the assembly we decided we needed professional help! Super efficient, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. Very impressed. Highly recommend!"
